Contact Leigh for further information on any of the rabbits below, or fill out a rabbit wanted form and send it to veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au We desex rabbits at our vet clinic if people want to adopt but haven't got their bunny desexed yet.

RR38.
This gorgeous boy needs a desexed girl to bond with. He's 6 months old, and still a little bit hormonal so will need time to settle.
WW23a
Snowbelle is a beautiful giant girl. She'll make a nice friend for a desexed male as soon as her hormones settle after desexing.
WW23b
Chocolate is a female rex rabbit. She'll need to be an inside rabbit with soft bedding, as rexes are prone to sore hocks due to hard surfaces. Rexes usually prefer other rexes, but we can try her with other boys.
WW92 a and b. - Mia & Cadbury - These two are a pair

Mia is a desexed female Nethie, and Cadbury is a desexed male lop. Mia is typical of tiny bunnies, while Cadbury is very friendly. Would consider separating them for the right home (a home with another bunny of course!).

Flopsy: WW41
Flopsy will take a couple of days to settle once she gets a new home, but she'll be fine after that. Flopsy would love a desexed male lop. She is 1 year old.
Dutch Female WW48
This desexed female Dutch is a little hormonal right now, but will be a lovely companion to a calm desexed male bunny. She's about 6 months old.

Giant 1 WW27 a & Giant 2 WW27 b

These two gorgeous bunnies are a pair. They are bonded so we don't want to separate them. They'll like lots of room to play in. They are a desexed male/female pair of unknown age.

A note about the food for the bunnies:

Anything donated needs to be fresh enough for humans to eat. If bunnies get spoilt or wilted veggies, they get very sick as their guts are very sensitive. No cabbage, cauliflower leaves, onions, potatoes, veggie peelings. They can eat endive, cos lettuce, bok choy, baby bok choy, rocket, basil, dill, coriander, dutch carrots (especially the tops), chicory, broccoli, radish tops, parsley, choy sum and treat foods like carrots, apples and other fruits like strawberries.

If you are interested adopting a rabbit from the AAPS, please complete the rabbit wanted form. You may bring it in to the shelter or email it to Leigh at veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au , thank you.

Please note that we do "bunny dates" to match up the right bunnies to existing bunnies. Companions must be desexed (contact Leigh at veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au if you need a good bunny vet to go to) and a certificate of sterilsation presented at adoption. When enquiring about bunnies, please send a completed rabbit wanted form so that Leigh can try to match up the right bunnies to the right homes.

If you would like an email copy of a rabbit information sheet, email Leigh at veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au
