26. Selma

Selma is a desexed female rex rabbit. She's an adult (age unknown),  litter-box trained, so would make a nice friend for a mellow desexed male.

27. Holly, 28. Pipkin & 29 Blackberry

Holly (chocolate mini rex) and Pipkin (dwarf x) are around 2 years old. Pipkin is really friendly, but Holly will take some time to settle in her new home.

They came in with Blackberry, so if anybody wants to adopt three rabbits, that'd be great! If not, Blackberry will need to go home with a desexed male rabbit. No young children please.

30 & 31.

These two boys will be ready mid-September:

32.
Cute female Nethie, age unknown, but appears to be fully grown. Will make a nice friend for a desexed male bunny.
This girl isn't ready to go, but if anyone's interested, just send a rabbit wanted form to Leigh veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au
33.
Quite a timid girl, but will hopefully settle into a new home pretty soon. She's also fully grown, but also age unknown. Looking for a quiet desexed male rabbit who won't frighten her too much.
This girl isn't ready to go, but if anyone's interested, just send a rabbit wanted form to Leigh veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au
34.
A black otter coloured Nethie, female and an adult. She's quite a nice girl and will make a good match for a desexed male bunny.
35.

This Nethie is also a nice girl, and an adult, and will make a nice pair with a desexed male bunny.

New! Want to adopt rabbits, but you're worried that nobody can mind then while you're away? Have no fear! Bryce and Judi at Rabbit Run will take care of them like they're their own rabbits.

Check out http://www.rabbitrun.com.au/bunnyminding.html. Bryce and Judi are very knowledgable about rabbits, and come highly recommended.

A note about the food for the bunnies:

Anything donated needs to be fresh enough for humans to eat. If bunnies get spoilt or wilted veggies, they get very sick as their guts are very sensitive. No cabbage, cauliflower leaves, onions, potatoes, veggie peelings. They can eat endive, cos lettuce, bok choy, baby bok choy, rocket, basil, dill, coriander, dutch carrots (especially the tops), chicory, broccoli, radish tops, parsley, choy sum and treat foods like carrots, apples and other fruits like strawberries.

If you are interested adopting a rabbit from the AAPS, please complete the rabbit wanted form. You may bring it in to the shelter or email it to Leigh at veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au , thank you.

Please note that we do "bunny dates" to match up the right bunnies to existing bunnies. Companions must be desexed (contact Leigh at veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au if you need a good bunny vet to go to) and a certificate of sterilsation presented at adoption. When enquiring about bunnies, please send a completed rabbit wanted form so that Leigh can try to match up the right bunnies to the right homes.

If you would like an email copy of a rabbit information sheet, email Leigh at veganbunnygirl@yahoo.com.au
