Hi we adopted / fostered Tyson in November 2015 , he was not for sale due to his advanced age – 14 years old , he also has significant arthritis , so we are his final family after being left without much explanation at Animal Protection last year . So five months down the track he is doing very well with regular medication and Cartrophen shots for his arthritis. He loves playing , sleeping , walking and swimming with the Bull Arab – Pebbles. It is an odd match as she is 3yrs old and rather naughty but Tyson loves to wrestle with her and has stopped her eating the furniture , he also very happily shares his bed with our mixed terrier Arthur and a smoochy black cat – Midnight. Our only regret is that he cannot negotiate the stairs up to the bedroom but in the morning his tail nearly bashes a hole in the wall as a way of saying good morning. He is sweet , playful , noisy , smelly and greedy so we of course absolutely adore him and hope his love of life keeps him hanging in there for many many months / years to come ….. fingers crossed , we do make the most of each day with lots of roast chicken and cuddles. Thanks so much to everyone who worked to keep him in this world , diabolical waste if he was discarded ! Thanks especially to Julie who worked with Jo from Luv a Lab rescue.
